Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy** 

Cancellations** 

- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as items may already be in processing. 

Returns

- You have the right to return defective or damaged products within 7 days of receiving the item, as per the **Consumer Protection Act (CPA)**. 

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. 

Refunds

- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. 

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

- Shipping costs for returns may be non-refundable, depending on the reason for return. 

 Non-Returnable Items

- Certain items, such as custom-made products or perishable goods, may not be eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.
